At Vapor Wave Nutrition, we believe supplements should perform the way they’re supposed to. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The original product container must still be in your possession

  • The product must be returned to us

  • The order must have been purchased directly from Vapor Wave Nutrition

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

We reserve the right to deny returns that appear abusive, fraudulent, excessive, or inconsistent with normal consumer use.

Opened Products

Opened products may be eligible for partial refunds or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Due to the consumable nature of dietary supplements, we cannot guarantee refunds on heavily used products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products intentionally damaged or altered

  • Orders flagged for abuse, resale activity, or fraud

Return Process

To begin a return, contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • A brief description of the issue

You may also be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of shipping damage

  • Batch or lot numbers for quality control verification

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection

To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, Vapor Wave Nutrition reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns or refunds at our discretion

  • Limit repeat refund requests

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Require signature confirmation on high-risk shipments

  • Investigate chargebacks and claims of non-delivery

  • Deny service to customers engaging in abuse, harassment, or fraudulent conduct

Any fraudulent chargebacks or intentional abuse of our policies may be reported to the appropriate payment processors, shipping carriers, or authorities where applicable.

Shipping Issues

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Vapor Wave Nutrition is not responsible for theft, loss, or delivery issues caused after successful carrier delivery confirmation. Customers should ensure shipping addresses are accurate and secure.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Vapor Wave Nutrition.
